- Mark Olson –
Mr. Olson is a founder and former COO of VeriFacts Automotive LLC and was with the company until November 2016. Currently he is the CEO of Vehicle Collision Experts LLC (VecoExperts). He is also president of Future Forensics – Automotive damage investigations a company he founded in 1997. His companies specialize in partnering with collision repair technicians, shop owner/managers/estimators and forensic evaluations of collision damaged vehicles, quality of repair issues and valuation issues. He has over 32 years’ experience in the collision repair industry, including roles as collision repair and refinish technician, body shop management and ownership. He has also worked as an independent physical damage appraiser and is a former Allstate Insurance Company adjuster. He is a former regional trainer for Hunter Engineering in Missouri, with training centers in Seattle, Portland, Bay area, Orange County and Hawaii.
Known as an expert in the industry, he has been involved in well over 8000 individual cases as an expert witness in matters of collision repair, vehicle collisions and manufacturer defect. He has also testified in many states in well over 100 cases.
Mr. Olson has traveled all over the United States teaching for I-CAR, VeriFacts and other companies - and also coaching individual technicians and collision repair facilities on the proper repair methods in collision repair and conducting seminars on industry challenges and remedies. He has presented many times at NACE, SEMA, NE trade show – and others presenting on the industry issues and challenges.

Growing up and working with her dad that was a retailer/wholesaler of cars and also in collision repair, Spring has an understanding and love for the business. From the first time you meet Spring, you'll be drawn to her positivity, can-do attitude and ability to think creatively outside the box. With her years as a successful business owner, excelling in leadership, strategic planning and building culture, she is passionate about the collision repair industry and being sure cars are being repaired correctly.

- Jeff Steadman –
Jeff Steadman is the Senior Vehicle Inspector for Future Forensics. He has a wide and varied body of experience including, ASE Certification in, Auto Body collision repair, Auto body paint technician. Serving in the United States Coast Guard he was an Aviation electronics technician, Sikorsky Airframe and power plant trained technician. He has been a manager of a 30+ employee manufacturing plant where he handled day to day production operations and oversaw the training of new hires. He was a trainer in Mig welding, steel fabrication and equipment operation for the shop. Jeff also owned and operated his own custom construction business.
In addition to vehicle inspections for Future Forensics Jeff also acted as an Auto Body Repair Coach for our previous sister company VeriFacts Seattle. Jeff provided coaching, teaching and consulting to the collision repair technicians to maintain a high industry standard in quality and correct repairs of collision damaged vehicles.
Jeff was also a Senior Coach with VeriFacts Automotive LLC. As such Jeff oversaw and trained other coaches in the company. He was also involved in the management meetings on proper procedures and input on decisions concerning the other coaches and company direction. He also traveled to other cities as a senior trainer helping companies acquiring new shops to assist those shops in attaining and maintaining correct repair procedures and policies.
In Nov. of 2016 Jeff followed Mark Olson to Veco Experts continuing in the collision industry helping shops maintain a high level of proper vehicle collision repair. In addition, he assists shops in evaluating and enhancing their operations to attain high levels of operational efficiency. Jeff is also responsible for the day to day operations of the company infrastructure, training of field staff, development of class’ as well as technical support to shops and staff.
Jeff is also an I-Car instructor on collision repair procedure and knowledge training for the auto body industry.

- Daniel Floyd –
Dan started auto body back in high school in 1978 where he was asked to work on the principal’s Volkswagen van. When he graduated in 1979 he went to work for a custom shop where he worked on show cars for over 10 years. He then went in to collision auto body for another 10 doing heavy collision and painting. He worked for Peterbuilt for 5 years until he was called on to go to work at a winery - building there classic cars and welding aluminum and stainless steel projects . Dan moved to Spokane and worked at a shop doing super odd ball custom stuff for a collector on his private Auto Collection . A few years ago, in addition to his day job – rebuilt a 45 foot custom boat and was selected to rebuild and restore one of the first 10 Bat mobiles. Dan, formerly was a technical collision coach with VeriFacts Automotive for 5 years, before joining Vecoexperts in November 2016
